Removals

Some ideas for future removals:

• Base Filtering Engine (Windows Firewall would depend on this)
• Disk Cleanup
• IP Translation Configuration Service
• Fonts Shell extension/control panel
• Virtual Disk/Disk Management

Also, fixing the bug where the Windows Audio service takes all the CPU time when the attached preset is used would be nice.

Note that "SkipMachineOOBE" has to be set to true and that a user has to be automatically created during setup.
