Remove all Edge WebView2 components in 24H2, but WebView2 feature still exists

I unchecked all components for both Internet Explorer and Edge WebView2 in the components removal tab, but only the Internet Explorer feature is shown as removing, and the status of the WebView2 feature is still enabled. When I applied the changes, the component has been removed, the internet explorer feature has also disappeared, the webview2 feature is still there. In my experience with ntlite, removing a component will also remove its related features, but this is not the case with webview2. This is my first attempt at modifying 24H2(10.0.26100.863) . It seems that this is the first time that the webview2 feature has appeared in Windows, because I have not found it in 23H2 or earlier versions. Did I miss something? Or is this a bug?
 
Normally there's two copies of WebView2: one for Windows, one for Edge browser. The reason is that your IT admin can install local WebView2-based apps and not worry that Edge's version is updated by itself.

If the two copies share the same version, Windows will optimize and hard link to one copy to save disk space. Otherwise the Edge version will get updated if the Edge WebView2 updater is running.
