Removed Browser leaves residual file "ie9props.propdesc"

Hello, this is my preset. I removed the browser, but there is still an "Internet Explorer" folder under the "Program Files (x86)" folder, which contains a file called "ie9props. propsec". I cannot find any information about this file. "Program Files" does not have this issue. Thank you for your reply

This file is required for compatibility reasons, it allows some non-browser functions to work.

Will Custom cleanup mode clear the residual files?

After removing Internet Explorer with dism mode, the IE folder under Program Files will disappear, but the IE folder under ProgramFiles (x86) will be left, and a file ie9props.propdesc will be left in this folder. The result of switching to custom mode with the same preset will not change. So...
