Removed drivers come back again

See my attached image, these drivers which were deleted in a run before, now appear (this time without icon though) again? I removed them 3x already but they come back again and again?

They wouldn't come back with Windows Update, or does a device need it ?
On my PCs, they don't come back.

I mean not for the longer future but like when i remove them, and after i reboot the pc when ntlite finished the removal and i open ntlite again, they are back again.

ah yea my bad i forgot to mention, yea i am modifing the live-host of my windows 11 machine.
