Removing 32-bit components

Windows x64 doesn't need the 32-bit components to run, but it's for legacy MS or 3rd-party apps which require the libraries.
32-bit apps can only load 32-bit libraries. If you're running only software written for W10 or later, then it's safe to remove 32-bit components.

For older software, it depends on what parts of Windows they use. You just have to test it.
