Removing Windows Update

I am just wondering if anyone knows whether I could manually apply updates with "CAB" files in windows 10 1903 if I used the live mode to remove Windows Update? Would removing Windows Update cause lots of other issues?

it solves a lot of issues too, but u can delete and install updates via ntlite host refresh etc

I haven't tried that option yet but do you know if updating with cab files works when you remove Windows update?

Wusa will install them, i dont think it will work, why dont u try it?
