[Resolved] Error applying "App Installer"

Someone is experiencing this problem:
It displays the message "Missing"

The Updates - toolbar - Optimize Appx option can produce that error on a live system, saw it myself as well.

The Optimize Appx limitation was confirmed and updated the description of it, but it wasn't what you reported.
