I used the Gamer OS Preset on Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC 2021. I didn't realize at the time that it removed the spatial audio module and i'ld like to have it back on my current os without reinstalling if possible. This thread hints towards a method to reacquiring it using Host Refresh but i'm not too sure exactly i need to do and i need elaboration before i doing anything I regret. Anyone know what exactly i need to do?

Host Refresh is basically a form of repair install. Extract a copy of the clean ISO to a folder, and Add Image.
Make a copy of GamerOS preset, without the Spatial Audio removal. I would use Notepad to open the XML.

Run Host Refresh, and specify both this new Image and cleaned up Preset. NTLite compares what's installed vs. what's in the preset, and should restore any missing components.

Okay, by the clean ISO do you mean the base ISO debloated by the preset or do i have to reaquire an official ISO from microsoft to restore the component. The ISO file I have currently is what I have installed, will NTLite be able to enable it regardless? (Not sure if the component is simply switched off or actually gutted from the iso)

Clean official ISO. Your debloated image has several components permanently removed. While Windows Features are designed to be switched on/off, component removal is forever for an image. Therefore you need an untouched ISO.
