Retain the 'Safely Remove Hardware' option

I'm a new, layman user of NTLite. I like the built-in template 'Lite' to make Win 10 and Win 11 ISOs to install on my PCs. The issue for me is the missing 'Safely Remove Hardware' option. I do want that option available in the ISOs made with the Lite template. Right now I'm managing with the USB Disk Eject app from here. Seeking your help. Thank you.
 
I believe it's Device Setup Manager.

Good evening Garlin, is this the area I marked in blue in the bottom right corner? I installed a simplified version of LTSC2021 on another computer, with no blue areas, only yellow areas. I'm not sure if this is the issue mentioned in the titleView attachment 11954
 
I can't read Mandarin, but "Safely Remove Hardware" is now displayed as "Open Devices and Printers".
