RTM Base or GA Base for modifying ISO? And why?

Hi, is better to using RTM Base or GA Base for modifying ISO in NTLite? I also will Update the ISO.
RTM Base: 26100.1 to 26100.9168
GA Base: 26100.1742 to 26100.9168

Here's what i integrate in Update:

I use 26100.1 and integrate the checkpoint + LCU
There is less "leftover" with a 26100.1 + checkpoint image compared to a 26100.1742 image (when we tested)

I would say GA is better but havent found it anywhere.

Sadly they think everyone who is english is an american, no en-gb support on there. Doesnt matter I realised 1742 is what I got.

How?

The language selector has no en-gb option and when I goto images, it forces me to en-us as I selected it.

Ok thanks, I just tested it out, so it seems to make a LTSC image, it has to also make pro, with all the apps in there as well. Its quite interesting though.

Pro is required if one gets from UUP, and never really had much success with it? I prefer to start with LTSC from [redacted] as base.
