Hi,

If I have used Rufus to copy my custom Ntlite ISO to an usb key, is possible that refus option (like for example enable local accoun) has modified my Nlite unattended settings ?

The best is to use NTLite (since you already use it) for this kind of "unattended settings" and not a 2nd software

Afterwards, for rufus, I could not answer you, I do not use it
I just copy/paste the contents of the installation directory on the USB key

This will litterly replace your autounattended.xml. So do not change any parameters in Rufus
