Safely remove COM+ (Component Services)?

COM+ (component services)

Can I safely remove this component and everything below in the tree for normal use in software other than programming?

For example: Distributed Action Coordination (DTC), System Event Notification Service (SENS).
 
For a personal user running normal desktop applications, COM+ not required. Work environments may be different, depending on what types of applications are installed.
 
For info, I just keep this as a COM+ component (I don't remember why for Runtime Broker, I should re test with Notepad, etc...)

All COM+ (Component Services) are removed

For Distributed Action Coordination (DTC), System Event Notification Service (SENS), it's "safe" for classic use
But it all depends on your usage, better to test
