You can merge presets from two or more sessions, if they're for the same Windows release.
Load your image. Load the first preset.
Now select the second preset, and use the right-mouse menu to load. NTLite will ask if you want to append or overwrite settings.
Append adds anything from the second preset, which isn't previously set by the first preset.
Overwrite forces all of the second preset's changes on top of the current session. Continue on with the next preset, in the same way.
Save the combined preset under a new name.
Separating presets into different categories (updates only, tweaks, Post-Setup & unattended) is a great way to keep organized. Make sure you give presets a good filename to help remember what's inside.
Follow one basic order for merging presets:
1. Updates first, including language packs.
2. Removals
-------------
3. Tweaks
4. Post-Setup & Unattended
1 & 2 can be in the same preset, same as 3 & 4. But a two-pass system makes it easier to isolate any changes you're testing. Any time you feel like you've messed up, click on
Preset -> New and NTLite will reset the current session to a blank slate.
