Setting Choose your mode: Custom

Hi guys,

Is there a way to set Choose your mode: Custom in NTLite? I want custom mode: dark mode for windows and light mode for apps. I tried to set Dark mode for Windows: Enabled and Dark mode for apps: Disabled in Configuration -> Settings -> Desktop but it's not working.

I disabled Dark mode for Apps and enabled Dark mode for Windows
And I automatically have Custom for Choose you mode after installation
