The settings app freezes on Sign-in options.

I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.

Thanks. I kept it and I didn't have this problem. What's weird is that I disabled it with Win10Privacy and disabled Telemetry with Winaero Tweaker, restarted the PC and I could still acess this option, although it took a lot of time. Just to be sure, I'll keep the Windows Biometric Service enabled on Win10Privacy and Telemetry enabled on Winaero Tweaker.

I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out that this not-so-obvious component is necessary.

For information, other necessary components are:
- Web Account Manager
- Credential Manager
- Credential Enrollment Manager

But in your preset you kept them.

Will Settings freeze if you remove those aswell?

Will Settings freeze if you remove those aswell?

No, but some options will not appear including the most important one being to change the password. If you remove Web Account Manager the entire 'Sign-in options' in Settings app will be hidden. If you disable the Web Account Manager service the Settings app will freeze in Sign-in options. So don't remove or disable these services if you want this option working.
