Settings app freezes when trying to change the default apps

My settings apps freezes when trying to change the default apps. This didn't happen before installing 22H2 on a image created by NTLite. I did a clean install using an image created by NTLite this time with 22H2 integrated and I'm also having this problem so 22H2 might be the culprit.
