Hello everyone. I'm working on Windows 10 LTSC 2021. Many of the settings I made with NTLite are being canceled after a system update. What could be the reason for this?

You need to disable Widows Update, but you seem to feel obligated not to 
So, yeah, I don't know what to tell you but some of your changes will be undone by Windows Updates: apps and components will be reinstalled and some settings may be changed back. One option is to run NTLite "Remove Reinstalls" option but that didn't work for me all to well. It works for reinstalled apps and components but not for settings that might have changed.

What settings are you talking about? We can't answer a question without actual details.
