Skype desktop app freezing for 10-15 mins when i launch it. don't know if skype's fault or my presets. cuz i cant test on vanilla pc right now. if anyone can test&solve it i would be happy. nuhi

Can you try it in a VM, meaning the same preset vs full Windows and latest Skype, without custom tweaks?
I tend to test only confirmed issues, to save time.
If you see the issue in it still, do let me know and I'll check it out and find a dependency.
Skype works fine on my lite install.

unfortunately it doesnt happen in vm, with or without my additional custom tweaks.
 
Then it's either a bad driver or a need for reinstall.
