And after popping up, the taskbar icon in the bottom right corner needs to be clicked once to disappear. What is the reason for this? I speculate that he is related to Windows notifications, but I did not remove him.

Solved the case, I checked GamerOS and found that it retains the com+event system. Removing it will interrupt the pop-up notification in the bottom right corner of Windows
