Some Appx Components Not Removed During Removal Process (NTLite v2025.1.10263)

Hey...

I did some digging and it looks like NTLite is not removing certain apps even though I flagged these apps to be removed. The issue seems to be limited to Appx programs.

I have attached the logs, preset I used, and a screen shot of the Appx programs that remained installed after removal. This was tested on the latest Windows 10 22H2 ISO (delta build 5371).

P.S. Used latest NTLite build 2025.1.10263.

After the update, I also noticed this issue, always leaving two APPX. I have returned version 2024.12.10216 to remove all APPX and am waiting for a fix.

Yeah it looks like the issue started in builds after 2024.12.10216. Hopefully nuhi will take a look at it soon.
I can also confirm this issue is happening on Windows 11 ISOs as well.
 
No problem with Windows 11 for me
All apps marked for deletion are deleted
 
So I retested Windows 11 23H2 and Windows 11 24H2 using the latest build (2025.1.10271) and the issue exists for both versions. Screenshot of Appx files and directories are attached for both versions (even though I asked NTLite to remove them).
