Some of the Diagnostics & feedback and Active history settings are blank

Some of the "Diagnostics & feedback" and "Active history" settings are blank. I used a Windows 10 Enterprise 19041.1 x64 pt-pt image.

Keep Telemetry Client, should re-enable those options.
What this point can be translated to is: is it necessary to keep the whole page at all when telemetry is removed.

To update you on the findings.
Actually it was removed by Error Reporting, will fix by moving it to the Telemetry Client, disabling all options with its removal just in case and hiding that page.

Unfortunately, I have to keep the Telemetry Client as well as choose the "Full" setting on "Diagnostics & feedback" or I won't be able to know in which Windows Insider Channel I'm enrolled to.
