Some problems on Windows 10 Enterprise x64 pt-pt

So, I did a clean Windows 10 Enterprise x64 pt-pt install on the host and on a VM created by Hyper-V using an image created by NTLite and I'm having some problems.

Simply new topic with detailed informations can help nuhi to fix these problems. Close old one topic with link to new one, then he can easily continue in debuging otherwise nobody will read it. I modified it because some problems were not caused by NTLite and were fixed by Windows updates and I had new problems. I already created threads dedicated to them.
 
Create another thread with the unresolved issues. I don't think anyone will respond more on this topic.
