Some settings are managed by your organization fix

Been tinkering with Ntlite a few months now, it is very good.

Wondering what options were used should be changed to get rid of these two policies / red text.
I did try an install without anything in local machine / users section, but the result was similar. However, I could have a made a mistake.
(Also, I noticed that the Reset button in these sections are only affecting the current session changes instead of changing back to the default setting)

Some removals cause this, some components needs some registry changes to avoid bugs or unexpected behaviors when click on options that had been removed and its access are available/visible without tweaks.

BOBMO, if those are unexpected, please attach your preset and I'll review it, thx.

I too have recently noticed this red text on the Windows Update section when I install Windows 10 Pro and also in the Accounts section.

A lot of guides of how to remove it doesn't seem to work and also this should not happen on a freshly installed Windows, so I went to the source and after many test later it seems it only appear when the ISO used was from NTLite, installing with the original Windows ISO doesn't appear to have that red text (I only check at the 'Accounts area, figure attached here).

So I try to find out what settings in NTLite that may have caused it but in the end even when I didn't change anything and just use the Default settings without any presets and create ISO, the red text will still be present. Create ISO after adding Image folder seems to be fine, it is only after loading with NTLite then Apply (Create ISO) the red text appear. So I'm not sure if there's any left over settings in NTLite that cause it or something I've missed.

Anyone experiencing this?

I haven't tested this but the red text is displayed when some tweaks are applied.

If you only loaded it and created the ISO, nuhi will find out and fix it but if you have set tweaks, you can expect that red text.

I have noticed the settings are managed by your organization for windows update when i have set it using an unattended file.

Yes there's a point of my test I've encountered this also, recently I test again with just Unattended it seems to be ok, I think I remove 'Skip 'Get Going Fast' page (Privacy options) and not using Product Key. MAYBE that's it

I have 1 answer file that i use and windows update was set but i couldnt change it after install 1st logon so i made a new answer file with the correct setting. I got 1 answer file and never need to make a new one so i am noy up on unattended settings but i am certain you have to enter a product key in 2 places on the Unattended page.

Pretty sure something were triggering it, I'm still doing more test lol. Finally, making sure all is at Default and only apply Unattended I don't see the red text anywhere anymore, I'm moving on to Features and remove Internet Explorer 11 and Windows Media Player

Ahh, be careful with IE and WMP, go to Kasual s profile and look for his what to remove topic. pmikep has done quite a lot of work with wmp and possibly ie too.
