Something is messing up with Wi-Fi on Txmmy's Gamer Preset

Hi guys. I realised something.

One of the settings is messing up with wi-fi being connected when the PC boots up.

When PC boots up, it takes like 30 seconds for it to connect to wifi. It is not like it does not connect, rather, PC does not recognise the wi fi component for 30 seconds. Then it connects normally. What could the problem be?

It is not like that on normal ISO.
 
Have you installed any 3rd-party apps which depend on NPCAP, to communicate with networked smart devices? I don't think anyone's mentioned this exact problem before with Txmmy's preset.

No. I am having that issue just after the fresh install of the regarding iso.
