Start Menu missing "All" button?

After just reinstalling with NTLite and doing some app pinning, here's my start menu:

As you can see, it's missing something that was present before I formatted (below):

The "All >" button to show all apps.

Is this something I accidentally disabled? I don't believe I did, but I can't see any options for it in start:

NTLite has recently added these options, check them first:
  • Settings: 'Start menu - All apps' enable/disable options
  • Settings: 'Start menu - All apps view mode' start menu tweak (Win11 24H2+)​
Load C:\Windows and go to Settings to see these.
