I'm using Windows 11 23H2 22631.3810

ISO Info: Build 22631.3810.240618-1221.23H2_NI_RELEASE_SVC_PROD3_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_EN-US
Source: uupdump

Normally this is caused by missing drivers for the SATA controller or NVME devices. The simple way to test is to install a clean ISO, and see if Windows fails or not. The Gaming template removals cannot trigger a Blue Screen, which is usually a kernel driver problem.

I test with the original ISO without modifications and the installation works fine, the problem occurs after I edit in NTLite

Bit late, sorry lenkarin, vacation slowed me down.
Tested the preset from the DM and no issues installing in VMWare, so yeah garlin is probably right, let me know if there is anything else to test in this regard.

Thank you both.

For your preset, you can uncheck applying all changes to boot.wim. Most of the Windows changes don't need to be applied to boot.wim, except for adding any missing or updated drivers.

I configured it as you described, but the problem persists. I unchecked the boot.wim options in the Apply menu.

Do you need an Intel RST RAID drive installed? One method of testing is to temporarily disable RAID mode in the BIOS, and use AHCI. If the install works, then you need to download the latest RAID driver for this PC and add it to both boot.wim & install.wim.

I don't need the Intel RST RAID driver. Which settings should I delete? Can you help me with this? I made the settings with the help of testing the accuracy of the AI. I might have missed something. Can you help me identify which setting is causing this problem? I can't quite figure out which setting is causing it. Thank you very much for your attention. I just want to create an ISO suitable for the general user, one that will give me good performance...
