Hello, I was wondering which box/s to uncheck to remove Storage Sense. Win10 Pro 1803. Thank you for your time.

It's most probably in the Storage Service, there is no separate component.
Careful with that service, first try with it disabled in a live machine, then see if you would miss it.
Why are you bothered with Storage Sense, maybe a tweak to disable it would suffice?
