Strange issue with Post-Deployment (Dell PC)

I'm using the exact same iso created for VM's, Desktop, and Laptops. All 3 image just find but the post Deployment doesn't seem to work on the laptop at all (Dell laptop) both the VM's and Desktop have no issues and everything works flawless.
