Stuck at loading screen with Windows logo

so when i try to install os on virtual box after i past the getting ready screen its stuck at this screen but the loading logo keep moving its been like 3 hoursView attachment 4341

Does the non-edited ISO work in the exactly the same VM?
If so, please post a preset demonstrating the issue.

yes it does i tried on stock 1709 before and it worked

not sure how that connects but yes i tried to fix it for 2 days and ofc i restart my pc everyday

OK so I tried it and it worked, I have two things for you to aim at:

- try without your custom/external tweaks, those I do not have obviously:
full tweaks.bat
Registry Tweaks.reg
Hand_Regedit_tweaks.reg
Potentially in one of them is service disabling, or some other tweak that causes the issue, image setup is more sensitive than the installed Windows.
Let me know if you find out exactly what it was, if it helps.

- second thing is I tested with VMware, just noting that, but there should be no difference - you could also protect Virtual Box drivers
(Components - toolbar - Compatibility - Virtual Box), but i think you do not remove any anyway.

- Also make sure to enable OOBE compatibility, it will protect pushnotificationssvc, I believe it's needed for start menu, let me know if the start menu is still broken after keeping that. Always best to keep OOBE compatibility, it's basically image setup.

i dont know how exactly i fixed it but i went to an older os then i stripped out stuff and it worked
