Updates all blocked, but seems even the regedit deletion won't stop this thing no longer?

This thing refuses to go away!??, it's here now, permanent, after running 26H2 fine for a few days. Was used to it maybe popping in and out a few times, but here it is, in all its glory, lol.

Wish it would go 'HOME'!!!!!!!

OK, and you are reporting a Windows bug or you have a preset demonstrating this?
Because it should not be NTLite-related if it was "running fine for a few days".

Let me know if you find the cause, or send me the preset to check Settings combo from it just in case.

OK, I can shed a little more light on this.

Going to file manager, and unpinning anything from 'quick access', results in 'home' popping up. F5 to 'refresh' removes 'home' again. Unpin another from 'quick access', results in, you've guessed it, 'home' popping up?, rinse, repeat.

26H2, with recently released 9818 version, but the same with any other.
