Stuck on "Just a Moment..."

I created an image only removing a handful of non-essential components (Xbox stuff, Candy Crush, etc.) and adding .net to the install. I set it as an unattended install, filled in most of the forms, and copied over the ISO to a flash drive for a test install. The first time around it was stuck on "Just a moment..." for 3-4 hours before I finally restarted the computer - it booted up fine, but none of the post-install software (Office and Chrome) was installed, it didn't join to the domain, and several other settings from the unattended tab weren't applied. I tried again and it's again stuck on "Just a moment..." for at least the past two hours.

Is there any way to see what it's getting stuck on so I can make an adjustment? It's still spinning so it's not like the computers frozen, but I've never seen an install take this long. I'd hate to have to do this one option at a time in order to get a working installer.

That means one of the post-setup commands prompted for user input, which is not supported at that stage of Windows setup.
Please read this and this, especially careful about Office if you didn't pack it as a single file like here.

Check this too.
...or this: To open a command prompt you can press shift + F10 and type taskmgr to open the task manager and see the program's file name running.
