Have you tried the switches ? to be honest, never heard of the browser, and that is the only information I can find on it.

Supermium installer now has commands for silent mode, Use -y --silent combined with a variety of flags to invoke. --system-level installs Supermium to Program Files while another path can be specified using "--path=%PATH%" (there is no "default path" so one of these two flags must be present).
Other flags that can be used:
--install_emoji: installs Segoe UI Emoji
--shortcuts: creates shortcuts
--no_registry_writes: does not write to registry
--ungoogled: enables Ungoogled mode in shortcuts
--classic_theme: enables classic theme in shortcuts
