Sync Host feature removal windows 10 LTSB

I would like to remove Sync Host in windows 10 LTSB
But I would like to keep MHT format support to read .MHT files
In previous version of NTlite, component "windows mail communication dll" was split from Sync Host

Now i remember that i emailed to nuhi:

Windows Mail Communications DLL is not removed because is protected by CHM Help & support but there is no "Extra info" as in drivers that says "it depends/is locked/protected by", can be unticked for removal too.

Do all your removals, at the end of the process, remount and search for it, there should be listed.

While it is not listed, i think is this:

mshtml.tlb
MshtmlDac.dll
mshtmled.dll
mshtmler.dll

After Sync host removal, Windows Mail Communications DLL is still available, but when I open .MHT file, display is wrecked.
And before removal it was OK.
