Unable to save changes to preset

Good afternoon everybody,

I’m having the following problem:
I load an already installed Windows 10 LTSC 2019, load a preset and make some modifications, but when I click "Save Changes," they aren't saved to the preset. I think it's a bug. Has this happened to anyone else?

PS: Even though it looks like my account is new, I've been on this forum for around 10 years, but for some reason my username was deleted ‍

The changes are saved in a new preset (after applying the changes) generated by NTLite at the root of the C (by default)
 
But when I click on a specific preset they don’t get saved anywhere (I go to the right part of the screen,right click>save). But nothing happens
 
When you click on a preset, it loads it or there are other options in the right-click menu, but not "save"
You can load a preset, make your changes, and then select "Save as..." from the Preset menu (on the Image page)
 
OK, I figured it out. In case this happens to anyone else, the trick is that instead of clicking where the preset name is, you have to click the little down arrow on the right and double-click where it says “Components,” and then it lets you save it.
