Updates Downloader - Dialog says it's a premium feature

I have a licence for an older version (from about 2 years ago, I think) which I have installed in the latest 1.9.0.7046 beta. When I try to use the downloader to download the Win 8.1 U3 x64 updates, the list of updates is downloaded and shown, but after clicking Download, a dialog is displayed stating "Premium" and the download doesn't actually happen. I get the same dialog whether I load a live image or nothing is loaded.

How can I use downloader ?

The Updates Downloader feature it's free but limited to download updates for the loaded image.

The premium feature includes downloads for any Windows version without loading images first.

How can I use downloader ?

Load 8.1 image, go to Updates - Add Latest Online updates - then click Enqueue.

So it's not possible to Download the updates, even when an image is loaded ?

Also, should it work when a live system is loaded ?
