Updates for .NET Desktop Runtime 5xxx

Are the updates for .Net 5 normal cab + msu updates or just each new version of net5?

Uknown, for now it is just an installer, but probably Win11 will come with it, and the updates will continue on their own.
As for .NET 5 offline package for Win10...who knows, always was in the past.

I havnt seen anything in your updates lists or with WUMT + wsusscn2.cab. thanks nuhi

nuhi they are showing in MS Update Catalog as .exe files.

bit confused because the Net 5 page lists earlier versions as security patches.
ive downloaded the net 5.0.9 desktop runtime file and the file from microsoft update catalog, its the same file.
that simplifies things a bit
