My PC only detects the USB flash drive where I burned the Windows 11 22H2 image created by NTLite at the second time, i.e., after trying to boot from the USB, nothing shows up in the list's USB section, so I choose to boot from the HDD, then press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart the PC and then the USB flash drive shows up.

I don't have this problem if I burn untouched Windows 11 images to USB flash drives but I do if I burn Windows 11 images created by NTLite to USB flash drives.

Try this experiment:
1. Extract the untouched Windows ISO to a folder.
2. Copy install.wim from the modified image to the sources folder, replacing it.
3. Create new ISO, from the folder.
4. Boot from USB.

your pc might not support UEFI or it might not be enabled in bios, try legacy if you don't have uefi support
if you were using bypass, garlins method won't work either
