How can we set the ntuser.dat profile in the admin user for all subsequent users?

New accounts get their user profiles copied from the Default User's NTUSER.DAT. The profile data is not taken from the Administrator or primary user's accounts. When you import a HKCU registry file from NTLite's Registry screen, it is applied to the Default User.

But not all profile settings will be used by Windows. For a new user, some of the Default User settings will be overwritten or ignored as part of the provisioning process.
