VirtIO drivers on Win10 1909

Hey guys

Got an issue after following instructions how to load VirtIO drivers into an ISO. When I uploaded the ISO to vultr and booted, got some console with PXE details being asked. So I assume I did something wrong along the way.

Any ideas what it could be?

you may need to integrate to boot.wim maybe. if they needed on setup..
