Hello, I’ve customized a Windows 11 26H2 image with my usual settings, but the default wallpaper—placed at `C:\Windows\Web\4K\Wallpaper\Windows`—isn't working; it shows the standard default wallpaper instead of my custom one. How can I fix this? Also, is there a way to delay the execution of CMD commands? I want to give the system time to install network drivers and connect to the internet so that commands requiring network access (like `winget`) can run successfully.
