Webcam not working: Seeking help with preset

Hello, can you help me with this preset. My webcam doesn't work. And TabTip.exe System Error. Thank you.
My laptop:
  • HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1xxx
  • Device specifications
  • Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz (2.11 GHz)
  • Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
  • System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Have you tried restoring the webcam and IME?

It didn't help. I sent the preset and the image to Nuhi and he thinks it could be the driver integration on this particular machine because both the preset and the image worked flawlessly in his testing. Thank you garlin for you support.
