What can safely be removed from this driver list?

Note:

Of course there is stuff in them like (you should not remove stuff which you use, like cameras or other fancy stuff) but as a normal non company user for mostly gaming and as much privacy as possible I would like to remove as much as I can without getting BlueScreen xd

Generally you should leave the default Windows drivers alone, because you can never anticipate when you might need a base driver. To restore a missing driver, you will need to run Host refresh or perform a repair reinstall.

To remove drivers, consider specific driver classes. For example, IEEE-3194 Firewire controllers or smart card readers if you don't have this hardware or your PC cannot support it (laptop with no capability).

If NTLite has a Compatibility mode protection for a driver, think twice before removing it. Some drivers are virtual devices (v*.sys), and unless they're directly related to Hyper-V support, should be avoided.

yea I wont touch for sure the greyed out ones (you mean those with 'default Windows drivers'?) I only really touched those where I could tell just by the name that it litterally is not neeed like your mentioned SmardCard Reader or POS for companies (scanner chip reader etc..)

A common error is removing Bluetooth drivers because your device has its own driver, and it turns out there's a dependency on another driver.

If you don't have a weird device like a Raspberry Pi or something that uses "serial over USB", you can remove the modem drivers.

Drivers do not affect Windows performance. Many XP Ghosts typically contain around 1GB of commonly used drivers. Don't worry about their existence.

I also check the Drivers page (using the corresponding HW list, if it's not for the host machine)
That already gives a good indication (find out if any drivers are missing)

On my desktop, for example, Bluetooth is disabled in the BIOS, so the Bluetooth drivers are removed and there's no problem, of course
