What do you use instead of Windows Photos?

Hi guys. I am new to customising Iso files.

I see many people do not include Windows Photos when editing it from CustomAppsList, as they use UUPdump.

What do people use instead of that?

XnView MP and FastStone Image Viewer may be of interest to you then. They look somewhat old school but are loaded with editing features such as GPS tag editing, etc. Both have Dark Mode too, BTW.

IrfanView is the fastest, and Windows Photo Viewer is second in performance.

I install IrfanView + Plugins and to improve the appearance a bit I use a Toobar Skin like Windows 11 Contrast Light and change the background color. It looks excellent! I also tweaked some settings to my liking. Unfortunately, by default, IrfanView is a bit cumbersome, but with the right settings, it works great and is very fast, even on low-end hardware.
