what is 'inetpub'

each time I made a customised ISO via NTLite, I found a 'inetpub' folder into the C drive, what is this, can I delete this via NTlite or is it contains some important data,
also is there any way to set the default values for a particular section (I.e. OOBE) via NTlite while slipstreaming an already customised ISO that made with some bad choices

Inetpub directory is part of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), you probably enabled it on the Features page.
You can read more about it here, and if you don't need IIS, feel free to keep it disabled.

Thank you nuhi. I need a little more help of yours, I already made a fully customised Win10 ISO but some options are not being set so I've several questions regarding those customizations / slipstreaming Win10 ISO so, do I ask those here or should create a separate thread
