We do support OS customisation using methods allowed by MS but we do not discuss file hacking which is what Resource Hacker does.

My own opinion is that having images like those in this forum if i was ms i would certainly have a closer look at this thread. if this place wasnt visible to non members i wouldnt worry.

here are some of our basic unwritten rules,
we dont discuss - hacking/modifying system files, activators/loaders.
we dont share links to homebrew/homemade iso's, we make our own and we always download them using official MS servers only.
