Whats is the best way to integrate KB5007651

This update is a pain manually, its scuffed, doesnt register. So I want to integrate it, but for some reason isnt listed on the online updates section.

Microsoft.SecHealthUI.appx must be first extracted from securityhealthsetup.exe.

Run this PS script, and add the Appx package.
