What's wrong with this preset

Hi,
Yesterday I took this preset from @chriswayg's post here and modified a littlr bit for my own taste but after first boot (before oobe) in VM below error occured.
Have a look at preset and attached image and if you find a wrong thing guide me how to come over this issue.
BTW I'm planning this ISO on an Acer Aspire 5755G notebook.

Host machine Windows 10 Home AMD64
Guest OS: Windows 7 Ultimate AMD64 iso image updated with Simplix and captured with Gimagex from VM vhd.

Seems chipset driver error, try enabling VM protection in Compatibility.

UPDATE:
Tried with VMWare compatibility enabled but same result.
Attached VM Log if helps.

Try another (new) virtual drive.

There is an error in line 529:
DISKLIB-LIB_MISC : DiskLib_GetStorageBlockSizes: Failed to get storage block sizes, The virtual disk requires a feature not supported by this program.
