What's your system for integrating Microsoft Store apps into your ISO?

I'm quickly learning how much of a pain it can be to integrate MS Store apps into my isos.

I'm creating two isos for production that I want to be released fully updated: Win10-22H2 and Win11-24H2.

My system is currently this and it's a huge pain:
  1. Get the app's packageFamilyName (is it newer than what's on the iso? is this version only for Win11? Pain!)
  2. Check https://store.rg-adguard.net/ (owie my eyes!)
  3. Download the app via non-HTTPS (pain!)
  4. Integrate with NTLite
So show me the light, please.

Edit: Running Microsoft Store and updating is not an option for me.
