When trying to update NTLite I get a Error 403

For some reason when going through the updater on NTLite I get a 403 error, but when I hit the page manually it works fine? I've disabled all our security software, and tried from another network. I'm not sure what is going on... any thoughts?

It was set to Default in the dropdown but nothing was filled in. I've changed it to None. I already installed the update manually so I guess we shall see.
