Why are there missing explanations in Components?

As you can see in this small example snippet, "Calculator" or "FilelockManager" do not have any infos/explanation on what they are for or what they do, ok for calculator there is no need but there are multiple instances in other areas which have caught my attention where I simply do not know what to do with those because of lack of infos.

Would be cool if someone could clarify that.

I hope this question was not percieved as attack or something like that, I really only was curious why there are no details on some components because i am insecure in whether or not to delete those :S

worst scenario Your edit not work..... You can use www.bing.com or duckduckgo or yandex or any outher search. to loook what elemet or service do.

and sometimes is hard to know what thinks do for 100%.
